​Optimity Window Cleaning, officially started in July of 2022, is a rather young company. Although the business itself is newer, the roots of company come from extensive and professional backgrounds in window cleaning, customer service, and account management in the service industry. Optimity's founders, Thomas McGivern (founder), Benjamin Nguyen (co-founder), and Eli Egendoerfer (co-founder) all live locally in the Miami-Dade area and they strive to make Optimity the number 1 exterior washing company in the greater Miami Metropolitan Area for the quality of service they provide.
